I currently have the U-90 but I've previously owned the Pro Rexan 85 and the U-50. And the fit and finish is a bit nicer over all.ĭeals on Craigslist have a way of deciding things. The Personal Plus Handle Set upgrades a Personal Set from 5-45 pounds per hand to a maximum of 60 pounds. This set adjusts from 5-45 lbs in 5 lb increments with a pin change. The Elite set is manufactured by welding two metal weight plates together.

The other weight plate shown is a Classic Elite weight plate. In the photograph the Pro set is on the right side. The Pro set can be identified by two holes in every plate. The Pro Set was discontinued and replaced by the Elite Set in Sept 2005. The big block kit uses a tray to help support the extra weight. The Big Block Kit, plates 5-11, would take the set from a maximum weight of 45 lbs to 125 lbs in each hand.
